I operate a zero-stock approach, so each card is printed after you place your order.
This strategy offers several advantages: avoiding unnecessary printing
and the costs associated with renting storage space.

Furthermore,
in order to establish an efficient working method with my printer Sel de Pixel and to optimize my trips (by bike or on foot
depending on my mood at the time), the printing and shipping of your orders follow the calendar below:

• Monday: at noon, I send the previous days' orders to Sel de Pixel for printing;
• Thursday
  : in the early afternoon, I collect the prints sent on Monday, package them, and mail them; at noon, a second weekly batch of orders is sent to Sel de Pixel;
• Following Monday
  : I collect the prints sent on Thursday, package them, and mail them, and I make the first weekly shipment of orders to Sel de Pixel, and so on...

In short! Everything is calculated so that between the moment you place your order and the moment I mail it, no more than 5 business days will pass.

If the package appears damaged, you can refuse it upon delivery.

If the poster itself appears damaged, please send me an email at cartesauxpommes.contact@gmail.com. If the map is damaged due to my fault, I will send you a new one.
